I am Tanya George, an independent typographer, type designer, and design educator from India. I worked as a graphic designer before getting a Masters in Typeface Design from the University of Reading. Currently, I pursue a wide-ranging freelance practice that includes designing letterforms for Brand Identities as well as fonts across different Indian Scripts. I also conduct Type Walks around Mumbai, along with typography workshops and write about type.
